Studio Policies
I pride myself on creating a safe environment for my students to
explore music. Any discriminatory behavior towards a person’s gender,
race, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated and subject to immediate
dismissal from the studio. Anti-mask sentiments are also not tolerated.
Cancellations
1. Please inform the teacher via email or text if a student will not be
attending their lesson.
2. If a student does not inform the teacher or does not show up to a
lesson, a makeup lesson will not be offered.
3. All makeup lessons will be held online, unless noted otherwise.
Makeup lessons are also subject to teacher’s availability. You must pay
tuition in order to schedule a makeup lesson.
COVID- 19 Policies for In-Person Lessons.
1. During the lesson, all family members should wear masks and stay 6 feet away from the lesson area (regardless of vaccination status)

2. All adults must be vaccinated for Covid-19

3. If possible and weather dependent, please open the windows near your piano and keep air circulating throughout the lesson.

4. Teacher is able to provide a copy of their vaccination card upon request.
​
5. Inform teacher of any possible exposures to COVID. Lessons will be rescheduled online.
6. If student remains quarantined for more than 2 weeks, the $5 travel fee per lesson will be deducted from next month’s invoice.
Studio Holidays
Studio holidays or teacher vacations will be automatically deducted from
your invoice. Students are encouraged to reschedule any missed lessons, dependent on teacher availability.
